On the left column is a breakdown of the deduced total income after taxes as well as any benefits you may be entitled to according to our calculator.

On the right column is your household expenditure, which has been converted into monthly amounts and placed into each category for you.

If you are over your budget you will be shown a green box and an amount that can be used for your savings, or alternatively if you are over budget you will see a red box and shown the amount you will be overdrawn by.

You can use this information to tailor your expenses or how you income is structured to see where savings could be made. As you update other details, re-visit your budget to see how it has been updated. Click on the 'breakdown' tab to see graphs to visualise your income, expenses and see a future financial circumstances with your current budget.
